"PANGOLINis a hand drawn piece depicting the beauty of the mammals scales. I find it fascinating, yet ironic that the pangolin has evolved to have these incredible scales to protect itself from predators, yet, the worst of humanity actively seek out these scales as if they are decorations on a christmas tree, ultimately stripping the pangolin, driving it to extinction. The piece doesnt feature the pangolins full body, nor its face, we need to look beyond the value we have put on these scales, to see the innocent life-force behind them.
