Red Squirrel

Papercut

21 x 29.7 cm

Unframed/unmounted. Signed

My design is of a red squirrel in it's natural habitat, eating nuts amongst the heather. They are one of my favourite British creatures and I've been lucky enough to spot them (once!) so it made sense for me to use this space to draw attention to the fact that they are an endangered animal. I created the piece in paper collage using a mixture or bought, handmade and found materials.
